Insurance
We are in-network for United Healthcare, Blue Cross/ Blue Shield, Aetna, Cigna, and Curative plans. If you would like to use out-of-network benefits, we recommend calling your insurance company to determine your benefits for mental health. We can provide all paperwork so that you can submit to receive reimbursement for out-of-network coverage.
Out of Pocket
Dr. Sypher- $200 per 50-minute individual psychotherapy session
Dr. Miller- $175 per 50-minute individual psychotherapy session & $225 per 50-minute couples therapy session
We offer a limited number of sliding scale slots for those who are experiencing financial hardship.
Accepted Payments
We accept all major credit cards, Venmo, Zelle, CashApp, and HSA/FSA Cards as payment. Payment is due at the time of service. A credit card on file is required for all clients. Any past due payments will be applied directly to your card.
